Zen Meditation -part 2-
Zen teaches us that everything we experience takes place in our minds. We only know the world “out there” when we brought our mind, in reality, our perception of the world is largely a process of creative imagination.
The mind of most people is in constant motion. To know the reality in the midst of all this movement is like trying to paint a landscape from the window of a train moving at high speed. If, through meditation, our mind learns to quiet down, may maintain fairness for more frantic than the outside world.
Zen teaches that part of our dissatisfaction with life comes to us so accustomed to the world that we do not notice her beauty or her infinite variety. We have forgotten that even the most mundane objects are a miracle if we stop to watch and the fact that we live is the greatest miracle of all. So learning to look at the beauty of the world in our daily lives? The answer is “attention.”
The Buddha described the four bases of consciousness to be aware of body movements, be aware of our physical sensations, pay attention to our moods and emotions, and finally, to our thoughts. Too often we find it difficult to control the thoughts and quiet the mind, so it is vital to learn to be aware of our whole being, to dominate and achieve the harmony and Zen puts at our disposal.
Discovering our inner world and put aside the appearances of the external world is the experience Zen meditation to discover.

Seems like Ameriie is really switching up her style in her latest single, Outside Your Body. She’s heading back to her Korean roots in her single, fusing rhythm & blues with Korean pop music. This avant-garde song sounds amazing on my MP3 player and I really can’t wait for the music video to be released.
