The fir tree and its properties

The flowering season for spruce is concentrated in the months of spring (the ripening of the fruits of this plant, on the other hand, always takes place in the fall). The recommended dose of this tincture is 10 to 20 drops per day (divided into three different shots). The extract of this plant, on the other hand, can take advantage of both dry and fluid state. Other uses of spruce less publicized (but no less effective) include the application of derivatives of this plant as an ointment, baths, poultices and inhalations.
