The mind of most people is in constant motion. To know the reality in the midst of all this movement is like trying to paint a landscape from the window of a train moving at high speed. The Zen is both a practical and spiritual way, I practice it is firmly in the here and now and spiritual because it invites us to see the essence that lies behind the world of appearances.

This movement belonging to Buddhism free from dogmas and can help lead a richer, less anxious, more compassionate and in the end, happier. One of the fundamental pillars of Zen is to discover the inner reality and focus on the true personal nature, without seeking external truths necessary because all can be found within oneself. Taoist Medicine -part 2-

taoist medicineThe tao is to be natural and despises artifice. Cultivate the authentic and does not repress natural instincts, rather the purified and properly targeted. As water will adapt to any surface.

The Tao prefers the tiny, very small, because he knows that happiness comes in little things and help you advance in the way of his own spiritual elevation. His ideal of perfection is to bring life to the cosmic rhythm, blending with nature and moving towards unity, accept with pleasure all the changes, even death.
