For Others With the Karma Yoga

Several people say they can not practice yoga because they are sedentary, have no flexibility or have a disease.
One way of achieving balance is body through asanas or postures of yoga, but if it keeps you from above alternative practice is karma yoga.
Yoga changed my life because it taught me the joy that you experience when you serve the other without expecting anything in return. This service is called karma yoga.
In the tradition of kundalini yoga as taught by the master Yogi Bhajan, the end of each session two or three participants serve tea and biscuits provided.
This is an example of service, but this tradition teaches many other ways you can serve the other for the sake of giving.
All spiritual teachings stress the need to help the world and uplift humanity.
Karma yoga refers to the yoga of action and invites us to pray for others and perform purification rituals. The aim is to raise the consciousness of all sentient beings throughout the world. When we pray we open our hearts and we help people for whom we pray.
Also invited to serve all living beings how best we can, including animals and plants.
“The personal spiritual practice,” says David Frawley, author of Yoga & Ayurveda, “should be a service to all beings, or otherwise has very little value. Karma yoga is the beginning and the end, those who refuse to lose the true spirit of yoga. ”
When we feed our children with all our heart and we work and do something for our colleagues we are putting into practice karma yoga.
With every thought, intention and action can practice karma yoga. Though you know the result may be generated by your actions if you choose your thoughts and intention.

Try to:
· Provide support to someone in need.
· Take care and care for the spouse and children.
• To provide volunteer work in civic associations.
· Make donations of your earnings to the needy.
